How do I set up my Profile & Settings in HubSpot?

Steps to Set up Profile:

• Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
• Select Profile & Preferences. 

• Click your current Profile Image to manage it.
• Choose from the following options:
  • Upload image: Select an image from your computer and adjust its size > Click Save.
  • Use Gravatar: Utilise a Gravatar photo or set it up.
  • Remove image: Delete the current avatar.
• Click the First name and Last name fields.
• Enter your name
• Click Save.

• Select the Language dropdown menu. 
• Choose your preferred language. This will automatically update your Date & number format.
• Select the Region dropdown menu to change it. This will automatically change your Date, time, and number format accordingly.

• Enter a phone number in the designated field to receive security event notifications.
• Click Save.
• Click the Default Home Page dropdown menu and select a product area. Changes will save automatically.

Set User Time Zone (Manual):

• Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar.
• In the left sidebar, go to Users & Teams.
• Click on a user record in the table.
• Navigate to the Preferences tab.
• Uncheck the box next to Update time zone based on device location.
• Select your desired Time zone from the dropdown menu.
• Click Save in the bottom left.
