In this methodology stage, we conduct a thorough business market and competitive analysis to determine how we can better listen to your customers, outperform your direct competitors and reinvent your GTM strategy.

This includes deep-dive discovery, customer interviews, positioning, messaging, storytelling, value proposition analysis, and win/loss.

At this stage, we are already seeing the low-hanging fruit, building a business case for renewed differentiation messaging and understanding the opportunities for the business to progress.

03 Ideate

While blue-sky thinking allows you to dream, the jump-off point is based on what you have learned from the assessment and research stages.
