Purpose:

This policy defines clear guidelines for using AI tools responsibly and ethically within our Go-To-Market operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and brand standards.

  • HubSpot's AI capabilities

  • Databox and integrated BI tools

  • SEMrush, Bombora, Similarweb, LinkedIn insights, and AdClarity

  • Omni AI

Acceptable Use Cases:

  • Content Creation: Ideation, drafting, editing, and optimisation of marketing and sales content.

  • Strategy Enhancement: Competitor analysis, market trend analysis, and customer intelligence.

  • Automation and Efficiency: Workflow automation, prompt engineering, and rapid execution of repetitive tasks.

  • Customer Insights: Persona development, account-based marketing strategies, and campaign personalisation.

  • Performance Analytics: Integration with BI tools for enhanced data-driven decision-making.

Best Practices:

  1. Human Oversight: All AI-generated content must be reviewed and edited by a human to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with ARISE GTM's or our clients' voice and values.

  2. Transparency: Clearly disclose the use of AI-generated content where ethically or legally required.

  3. Data Privacy: Never input sensitive or confidential client information into publicly available AI tools. Only use secure and approved platforms for handling sensitive data.

  4. Quality Assurance: Routinely assess AI-generated outputs for biases, inaccuracies, or errors. Report any discrepancies to the relevant team immediately.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Using AI-generated content without human review.

  • Inputting proprietary client information into unsecured or publicly accessible AI platforms.

  • Generating content that could mislead, manipulate, or harm ARISE GTM's reputation or client trust.

  • Using AI tools to replace strategic thinking, human judgment, or critical analysis entirely.

ARISE GTM commits to using AI ethically, transparently, and responsibly, ensuring our Go-To-Market strategies and operations uphold our high standards of integrity, privacy, and client trust.

Compliance and Enforcement:

All ARISE GTM employees and contractors must adhere to this policy. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including access restrictions or termination.
