You're a good fit if any of these sound familiar.
Your current CRM no longer matches how you actually sell. The model changed and the system didn't.
Your Salesforce estate has years of accumulated custom fields, flows and integrations. Nobody is certain which ones still matter.
Your data is bad enough that leadership doesn't trust the numbers coming out of it.
You're changing the go-to-market model anyway, and the CRM move is part of a bigger decision.
If your move is smaller than that, talk to us anyway. A straight import into a simple portal is a different size of job, and a short call costs you nothing.
Plenty of the systems we run today started as something small. It's easier to build on foundations we helped set than to unpick them in two years.
It feels safe. It's how companies end up paying twice.
A field-for-field migration inherits everything. The good architecture and the archaeology. You arrive in HubSpot carrying the same dysfunction in a nicer interface, and the second implementation project starts eighteen months later.
We start at the other end. What does the business need the system to do now? Which data earns its place? Which processes should survive contact with a new platform, and which shouldn't?
What's working, what's unreliable, and why the existing system stopped fitting.
The object model, lifecycle rules, pipelines, qualification, ownership and reporting your GTM motion actually requires.
What's retained, transformed, consolidated, archived or retired. Made deliberately, not by default.
The agreed HubSpot environment, data and connected systems delivered against the target architecture and scope.
Reconnected on purpose, with clear ownership of each data element.
Training by role and scenario, so people learn the new operating model rather than a new interface.
Salesforce. The most common, and the one where architecture-first matters most. Mature Salesforce estates carry the most legacy.
Pipedrive. Typically growing teams who've outgrown a sales-only tool and need marketing and service in the same system.
Monday.com. Usually where a work-management tool has been stretched into a CRM it was never built to be.
Microsoft Dynamics. Limited experience. We'll tell you honestly where that limit sits before you engage us.
There's no honest universal answer. Two of our own engagements show why.
HUBX: migration done in under two weeks. Pipedrive to HubSpot for a fintech platform used by major banks. The full programme ran six weeks, but most of that was Drift integration and rebuilding the qualification logic, not moving the data.
Plexal: six months. Salesforce to HubSpot across 80 users, three locations and three teams with genuinely different workflows, delivered in three phases rather than one cutover.
Same destination platform. Completely different problem.
The gap isn't data volume. It's how many teams have to change how they work.
What actually drives the timeline: the complexity of the current state, data quality, how many users and teams are involved, the number of integrations, how much customisation exists, and how much of the target operating model still needs designing.
Be careful with anyone who quotes a duration before understanding those things.
These get bundled together and they're different jobs. Most migrations include onboarding. Not every onboarding involves a migration.
If you're new to HubSpot without a system to move from, start with our HubSpot Agency page instead. That's where onboarding and implementation sit.
Migration is moving from an existing system. The work is architecture, data decisions and everything you're carrying with you.
Onboarding is standing HubSpot up properly for a team adopting it. The work is configuration, enablement and adoption.
Leevr is our cloud platform. It ingests your existing CRM blueprint and connected GTM technology, analyses how you operate, identifies the strategic and technical levers, and deploys the initial ARISE OS architecture into HubSpot.
The full ARISE OS can be deployed into HubSpot from Leevr in a day. Workflows and reporting can take the first fix to roughly 80% within around 72 hours.
That's our deployment advantage inside a migration. It isn't a promise that your migration takes 72 hours.
Deploying technology quickly is the easy part. Working out what should be deployed is the part we won't rush.
"The difference with Arise GTM is that they don't just understand the strategy, they know exactly how to deploy the tech to deliver it. Productivity up, admin down, and a CRM that finally works the way we need." Ray De Silva, CCO, HUBX
Pipedrive couldn't carry enterprise deal cycles. Qualification was manual, reporting was thin, and reps were spending time on non-ICP inbound.
Migration completed in under two weeks. The full programme ran six weeks including Drift integration and a rebuilt qualification layer.
20% increase in outbound rep productivity. 40% reduction in admin time.
"HubSpot has been a game-changer for my team. Paul played a pivotal role in building out our bespoke pipeline stages and reporting functionality and the Outlook integration has been invaluable. We're delighted with the outcome." Jennifer Underwood, Head of Sales & Member Experience, Plexal
Plexal had 80 Salesforce licences across three locations. A handful of people used it. Everyone else ignored it.
Leadership were right to be sceptical about another CRM change. Previous platforms had failed because consultancies treated them as technology projects rather than organisational ones.
We spent the first phase not pitching HubSpot. We interviewed users across real estate, programmes and marketing, mapped what they actually did, and worked out where the old system fought them.
Then teams co-designed the workflows they'd be using. Rollout ran in three phases, starting with the revenue-critical unit.
80 active users across three locations. Three teams on one system. Zero revenue disruption during rollout.
If you have hundreds of users and your overriding requirement is maximum-speed execution at scale, a larger implementation-focused RevOps agency is probably a better fit. That's a different kind of operation and we won't pretend otherwise.
We're the stronger choice where you need strategic alignment and implementation together, and where accuracy, adoption and the future operating model matter more than migrating as fast as possible.
Sometimes the honest answer is don't migrate at all.
Architecture-first means the analysis can conclude that the purchase is wrong. We'd rather tell you that early than discover it halfway through.
Migration engagements typically start between £10,000 and £25,000, depending on what you're asking us to own.
The variables are current-state complexity, data quality, seat count, how many GTM motions the system has to support, the level of customisation, the systems being connected, and how much strategic work is needed before implementation starts.
We don't package migrations. The whole argument of this page is that they aren't standardised, so pricing them as though they are would be dishonest.
For the wider commercial model, see our engagement and pricing approach.
No, and you shouldn't want us to. We migrate what has a clear operational, reporting, historical or compliance purpose. The rest gets archived or retired deliberately.
Not responsibly. We can tell you what drives the answer and give you a range once we've seen the current state. Anyone quoting a duration before that is guessing.
Usually yes. Migration and onboarding often run together, and most of our migration engagements include enablement and adoption.
That's normal and we'd rather you raised it. The design phase exists so those decisions happen before the data moves, not after.
Yes. Arise GTM is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner.
We'll tell you. It's happened, and we'd make the same call again.
Bring us the system you're leaving and what you need the new one to do. We'll tell you honestly whether a migration is the right move, and what it would take.
