Ten firms that do real AI work inside B2B go-to-market, not just AI-written content. Each one gets a plain "best for" line so you can find your fit quickly, whether you run revenue at a scaling SaaS or fintech business or at an enterprise.
How we chose, and a note on bias
We looked for service firms: agencies and consultancies you hire to do the work. Software products are left out, unless they are part of how an agency delivers.
Each firm had to show AI work it actually delivers, in its own words, on its own site. That could be AI agents, GTM engineering, AI search visibility, or AI inside RevOps. We read each firm's website directly and describe them using what they say about themselves.
This is our list, published on our site, and we have put Arise GTM first. We have also tried to be fair to everyone else, and every profile says where that firm is a stronger choice than us. Most "best agency" lists are written by an agency on the list, including several of the firms below. Read this one the same way, and judge each firm on fit.

1. Arise GTM
Best for: enterprise AI GTM programmes, and SaaS or fintech teams that want AI built into the HubSpot or Salesforce they already run.
Arise GTM is a London firm of multidiscipline AI GTM consultants. We work across strategy, revenue systems and AI, and we also build and run our own AI platform. That mix means the same team can work out where AI should go in a revenue org, build it, and keep it running.
AI services
- Enterprise AI Revenue Engine: a structured programme that maps where AI can work across marketing, sales and customer success. It includes interviews with teams across regions and ends with a build plan the client owns.
- AI consultancy: AI strategy and adoption across the revenue org, based on what the data shows rather than a preferred tool.
- GTM engineering: Clay and n8n workflows for research, enrichment, routing and signal-based outreach.
- Ready-built AI agents: a set of agents that plugs into your HubSpot or Salesforce, supplied and supported by us.
- AI SDR for HubSpot: an AI sales development layer built inside your own HubSpot portal, with AI spend capped per workflow.
- Evi & Com: our own agentic AI platform for events, which we build and run.
Proof you can check
- In one recent revenue org, the client expected to find about 24 AI use cases. The programme found 71, almost three times as many, in the revenue org alone.
- Compliant with ISO 42001 (AI management systems), ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 44001.
- HubSpot Platinum Partner, also building on Salesforce.
- The ARISE methodology is set out in Go-To-Market Uncovered (Wiley, 2025) by Paul Sullivan, founder and Chief GTM Strategist at Arise GTM. The firm has won 12 marketing and web design awards.
Where others are a stronger choice: we are a small senior team. If you want a large bench of operators on tap, Domestique or LeanScale fit better. If your priority is high-volume outbound or paid media run for you, look at Frontal or Understory. If you are early stage and still testing channels, Growth Division is built for that.
Pricing: our engagement routes and current prices are published on our Engage Us page.
2. Frontal
Best for: B2B tech teams past product-market fit that want signal-based outbound and paid media run as one system.
Frontal is a GTM and demand generation agency. It was previously ColdIQ's agency arm and renamed in 2026 with the same operators. It covers outbound, ABM, paid media, content and RevOps.
- AI work: Clay-based GTM engineering and AI workflows in the CRM that "do research, enrichment and data entry", plus content built to show up in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers. Uses n8n.
- Platforms: a Clay Elite Studio Partner, and works in HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio.
- Proof they publish: AirOps, Aircall and Teikametrics, with pipeline and enrichment results on their site.
- Where they beat us: high-volume, signal-based outbound and paid run for you, especially if you are not tied to one CRM.
3. LeanScale
Best for: VC-backed SaaS from Series A to D that needs ongoing, hands-on GTM ops capacity.
LeanScale calls itself "the AI-native GTM Ops team". It provides embedded operators by subscription across growth ops, marketing ops, RevOps and finance ops.
- AI work: bespoke AI agents and playbooks, AI workflows as a standard work stream, Clay projects, and a free MCP server that brings its playbooks into Claude or Cursor.
- Platforms: Salesforce and HubSpot, plus Clay.
- Proof they publish: clients include Mistral AI, Chainguard and Clio, with a 4.9 out of 5 rating on G2.
- Where they beat us: Salesforce-heavy or mixed-CRM teams that want a standing ops team, including finance ops, rather than a programme.
4. Domestique
Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want fractional RevOps across the whole customer lifecycle.
Domestique describes itself as "the AI-augmented, fractional revenue operations agency", with 60+ senior operators across North America.
- AI work: it "deploys AI agents inside client systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack" on an architecture it describes as consistent and auditable.
- Platforms: HubSpot and Salesforce, plus Clay, Gong and LeanData. Its own list describes it as a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner.
- Proof they publish: "trusted by 250+ B2B SaaS companies", with a named testimonial from Ada.
- Where they beat us: a larger bench of North America-based operators, including customer success ops.
5. Understory
Best for: B2B companies that sell mainly through ads and outbound and want paid, outbound and LinkedIn content run by one team.
Understory is a Miami agency with what it calls an "Allbound" model.
- AI work: GTM engineering, Clay enrichment and outbound triggered by buying signals, and AI workflows built with tools such as Claude Code.
- Platforms: a certified HubSpot partner that also works in Salesforce. It says it is an Enterprise Clay Partner.

6. Gripped
Best for: SaaS and tech companies from Series A upwards that want demand generation and AI search visibility.
Gripped is a London B2B agency that works only with SaaS, AI and tech companies.
- AI work: generative engine optimisation, meaning getting your brand "cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews", with audits, structured data and AI mention tracking.
- Proof they publish: results for Eficode, Terryberry and Crownpeak.
- Where they beat us: paid search, SEO and AI search visibility as the main engine of demand.
7. Pitch Kitchen
Best for: growth-stage B2B companies whose real problem is unclear positioning.
Pitch Kitchen is a New York agency that calls itself "messaging-first".
- AI work: an "AI Brand Twin" that puts your messaging on a private MCP server your team uses from Claude or ChatGPT, a fractional CMO with five custom AI agents, and AI search visibility work. It says every draft waits for a human.
- Proof they publish: results for Trilio and iMethods.
- Where they beat us: messaging and positioning as the main fix. It says itself that it is not the firm for CRM or Salesforce rebuilds.
8. Growth Division
Best for: startups and scale-ups still working out which channels work.
Growth Division is a London growth marketing agency that combines a network of freelance specialists with its own AI system.
- AI work: GREX AI, its "AI growth operating system", runs experiments and workflows, and it assigns work to "experts and AI agents". It says a named senior specialist checks every AI output.
- Proof they publish: 130+ startups served, including Weavr and Tytl.
- Where they beat us: test-and-learn growth across many channels, including B2C, on a flexible monthly model.

- Where they beat us: developer relations, community building and multi-market launches.
10. k3c
Best for: tech companies entering EMEA or testing a new vertical for the first time.
k3c is a market-entry and vertical-expansion partner with 26 years of launching brands into EMEA.
- AI work: its own signal-driven GTM platform, LeanGTM, which powers its delivery and is also sold separately.
- Proof they publish: results for Tributech and Treety.
- Where they beat us: first-time market entry with a shared-risk model.
How to choose
Start with the problem, not the firm. Most of these agencies are strong at one thing, and the wrong fit costs months.

|---|---|
| Working out where AI should go across the whole revenue org | Arise GTM |
| AI inside HubSpot or Salesforce that your team can run | Arise GTM, Domestique, LeanScale |
| More pipeline from outbound and paid | Frontal, Understory |
| Being found and recommended in AI search | Gripped, Pitch Kitchen |
| Unclear positioning and messaging | Pitch Kitchen |
| Finding which channels work at an early stage | Growth Division |
| Developer or community-led launches | RZLT |
| Entering EMEA or a new vertical | k3c |
Questions to ask any AI GTM agency
- Which AI workflows or agents will you build and run, and which will you only advise on?
- Who owns the data, prompts, workflows and integrations if we stop working together?
- How do you govern AI use, and can you show the standard you work to?
- How will you report results in pipeline and revenue, not activity?
- Can we speak to a client with a similar sales cycle and team size?
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI GTM agency?
An agency or consultancy that builds AI into how a company finds, wins and keeps customers. That can mean AI agents in the CRM, AI-driven outbound, AI search visibility, or a programme that decides where AI should go first.
Is an AI marketing agency the same thing?
Not quite. An AI marketing agency usually uses AI to produce and run campaigns faster. An AI GTM firm works across marketing, sales and customer success, and often builds AI into the revenue systems themselves.
Which agency suits enterprise teams?
Enterprise teams usually need governance, a clear plan and systems that fit an existing stack. On this list, Arise GTM focuses on enterprise AI GTM programmes, and Domestique and LeanScale offer larger standing ops teams.
How can I check an agency's AI claims?
Ask to see a working workflow, not a slide. Ask who owns what at the end, and ask for any standard they work to, such as ISO 42001 for AI management.
